Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment and draft decisions on development conditions in the Golub-Dobrzy commune, in accordance with the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended). amended) and specific provisions, together with an analysis of the functions and features of development and land development in the scope of the conditions referred to in the above-mentioned Act and in the applicable regulations. In the scope of the implementation of the subject of the order, it is required to develop: a) approximately 420 draft decisions on establishing the conditions development (Article 60(4) of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development) along with an analysis of the conditions and principles of land development and its development, b) approximately 30 draft decisions on determining the location of the investment for the purpose public.
