- The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on the conditions of development and land development as well as draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment for the area of the Nowa Wie Wielka Commune, in accordance with Art. 4 section 2 of the Act of March 27 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended), including: a) 500 draft decisions on development conditions to determine the method of land development and development conditions for investments that are not investments public, b) 200 draft decisions on development conditions as in point a), repeatable for real estate created after geodetic division carried out within 2 years from the date of issuance of development conditions for real estate before the division, c) 15 draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, d) 15 draft decisions amending decisions on development conditions and decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, e) 2 draft decisions on development conditions regarding a building, referred to in Art. 29 section 1 point 1a of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.
