- The subject of the order is the preparation for the Garwolin Commune of draft decisions on development conditions and draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, together with analyzes of the functions and features of the development and development of the area surrounding the planned investment and decisions amending it. the above-mentioned decisions, as well as decisions refusing to issue a decision on development conditions in 2025. The task includes developing the decision: 1. for residential, farm, summer and industrial buildings and for buildings related to running a business; etc.2. for the location of the target investment public: 3. changing the decisions listed in point 14. changing the decisions listed in point 25. refusing, listed in points 1,2,3,4. The contractor is obliged to prepare a draft decision within: a) 5 business days from the date of receipt of the application for the decision to establish development conditions for detached buildings, no more than two-story single-family residential buildings with a building area of up to 70 m2, and the construction is carried out to meet the investor's own housing needs; (pursuant to Article 29(1)(1a) of the Act of July 7, 1994 ...
