- 1) Description of the subject of the order a) The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on development conditions and decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment in the Nowogrd Bobrzaski commune in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of March 27, 2003 on planning and development spatial development and the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of July 15, 2024 on the method of determining requirements regarding new buildings and land development in the absence of a local spatial development plan, b) The scope of services includes the preparation of: - draft decisions on establishing development conditions up to 220 pieces, - draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments up to 30 pieces, - draft decisions amending previously issued decisions on establishing development conditions and determining the location of public purpose investments within the above-mentioned framework. values.c) Contractor within performing the services, will be obliged to: - receive from the Ordering Party, at least once a week, photocopies or scans of complete applications prepared by the Ordering Party for issuing a decision on development conditions, decisions on determining the location of the investment p...
