The subject of the order is: 1) development by persons with appropriate authorizations of draft decisions on establishing development conditions and draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments for real estate located in the Nasielsk Commune in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1033, as amended) - for applications submitted in 2026; 2) preparing an opinion on the acoustic classification of the area - pursuant to Art. 115 of the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law - for applications submitted in 2026.2.
