Preparation of draft forest management plans for the Babimost and Świebodzin Forest Districts for 2028-2037 along with the environmental impact forecast and habitat studies of the Wymiarki and Lipinki Forest Districts as of January 1, 2028.
1. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 parts:
a) part 1: preparation of a draft forest management plan for the Babimost Forest District for 2028-2037 along with a forecast environmental impact,
b) part 2: preparation of a draft forest management plan for the Świebodzin Forest District for years
2028-2037 together with the environmental impact forecast,
c) part 3: preparation of a habitat study [including phytosociology] of the Wymiarki Forest District as of January 1, 2028 r,
d) part 4: preparation of a habitat study [including phytosociology] of the Lipinki Forest District as of January 1, 2028.
2. Documents i the data generated as a result of the execution of the subject of the order will be the property of the State Forests State Forest Holding. Contractor together them according to the documentation, it transfers the proprietary rights to the Ordering Party on the terms described in the contract (Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ - regarding parts No. 1 and No. 2 and Appendix No. 4b to the SWZ - regarding parts No. 3 and No. 4, respectively).
3. Detailed scope of work to be performed as part of the subject of the order The contractor is included in:
a) Minutes of the preliminary meetings of the Forest Management Plan for the Babimost and Świebodzin Forest Districts for the years 2028-2037,
b) Part I of the Forest Management Instruction constituting...
