Description:
The subject of the order are services consisting in the development of projects of Forest Management Plans for the Łupawa, Połczyn, Ustka, Tychowo Forest Districts, and a habitat study for the Damnica Forest District. The subject of the order was divided into five parts (hereinafter referred to as the "Part" or "Package"). The contractor may submit offer for one or more Parts. However, the offer submitted for a given Part must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the ToR for this Part. Description of requirements for the implementation of Parts I-IV - development of a draft Forest Management Plan (hereinafter also referred to as "PUL") along with a nature protection program, the environmental impact forecast is indicated in point 3.1.1. SWZ. The description of the requirements for the implementation of Part No. V is indicated in point 3.1.2. The scope of the awarded contract also includes:
a) verification of the continuity and coherence of polygon and linear layers for land adjacent to the covered facilities order;
b) checking the correctness of the transformation from the coordinate systems applicable in the Land and Building Register to the PUWG 1992 system, and if any irregularities are found, they are eliminated in consultation with the forest district. Pursuant to point SWZ:
3.1.4. Scope of the subject orders it also includes preparation of documentation in electronic form, prepared separately for each forest district, which the Contractor will provide to the Ordering Party on electronic media.
3.1.5. In justified cases, data may be transferred after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party ...
