Description:
1. The offer should be prepared on the attached offer form constituting Annex 1.2. Each written page of the offer should be signed in hand, legibly or with a personal stamp by the person(s) authorized to represent the Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.4. Deadline for submitting offers: November 28, 2025, by 9:00 a.m. 5. The prepared offer (scan) should be sent to the following address: barbara.duliniec@kowr.gov.pl or via the EB2B purchasing platform https://kowr.eb2b.com.pl/.6. The offer should be sent in the attached message electronic pdf file, the title of the message should include "Offer procedure, reference number WRO.WKUZ.GZ.261.6.2025.BD". 7. Offers submitted in writing at the registered office of the Ordering Party or after the deadline specified in point 4 will not be considered. 8. The offer validity period is: 30 days from the date set for submitting offers. The deadline begins with the expiry of the deadline for submitting offers. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of extending this deadline.
