Description:
The subject of the order includes the preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: Construction of a public utility building on plots no.: 1405/2, 1413, 1415, 1424, 1425/1, 1425/2, 1425/3, 1425/4, 1426, 1427, Wronki area in accordance with the Functional and Spatial Concept. Designed the facility and its surroundings are to constitute office and administrative facilities for the location of specific units: 1) Wronki City and Commune Office 2) Municipal and Commune Social Welfare Center 3) Local Government Administration of Educational Facilities. The scope of the order includes the preparation of full-scale design documentation (architectural, construction and executive design) obtaining the necessary approvals, decisions and the final building permit. The subject of the order is the design of a building with annexes and land development (including a public utility building, roads, sidewalks, parking lots, lighting, greenery, small architecture, photovoltaics, and projects for the demolition of existing buildings, lights, reconstruction of the network, renovation of the garage building).
