Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of full multi-disciplinary technical and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction (renovation) of the historic Rytt House and accompanying buildings in Janow Podlaski, together with the adaptation of the facility for museum purposes and land development.2. The subject of the order must be completed taking into account the following guidelines: a) Planned function of the building: a museum with the main theme of the Arabian horse and/or the history of Janow Podlaski; b) The immediate surroundings should be developed as alleys, pedestrian routes, architecture, lighting and greenery composition in order to create an attractive and functional place serving recreation and social integration;c) The project must respect the historical character of the facility and its surroundings;d) Conservation recommendations must be obtained and taken into account;e) Facilities and exhibitions must take into account accessibility requirements for people with special needs and disabilities and different age groups, including an external elevator from the courtyard side; f) In addition to standard techniques for presenting exhibition objects and content, it is required to use modern exhibition technologies: e.g. touch screens and walls, projections, code...
