The subject of the order is the implementation of a functional and utility program for the task entitled: Investment in the field of non-motorized individual transport on district road No. 3307E ul. Konstantynowska/ul. Ryputowicka in Pabianice - continuation (hereinafter PFU).The functional and utility program that is the subject of the order will be used to submit an application for funding under the ITI Strategy of the Municipal Area for 2021-2027. Therefore, it should be developed in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principles of equality between women and men, respecting fundamental rights and equality principles within the framework of EU funds for 2021-2027, maintaining compliance with the goals of sustainable development, respecting appropriate EU climate standards and priorities and the principle of non-exclusion of serious damage.
