Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of a general spatial development plan in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 977, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PiZP Act, and in particular with the provisions of Art. 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e, 13f, 13 g, 13 i, 13 j, 13 k, 13m, which entered into force on September 24, 2023, as well as the implementing provisions to this Act. 2. The scope of the order includes in particular: development of the draft general plan of the Igoomia-Wawrzeczyce commune, in accordance with the Spatial Planning and Development Act and implementing regulations, developing an environmental impact forecast and conducting a strategic environmental impact assessment (SEA), preparing spatial data of the general plan in accordance with applicable regulations, preparing formal and legal documents related to the planning procedure, participation in social consultations and meetings with commune authorities, including meetings of the Commune Council committees, sessions of the Commune Council and meetings of the Commune Urban and Architectural Commission, introducing changes resulting from the arrangements, opinions, comments...
