- The subject of the fall is the preparation and development of the project of the Celebrity Plan of the Commune of Rdziny and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of this plan in accordance with the acts of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130pn. d.). The subject of the plan includes the scope specified in art. 13a para. 4 above of the Act within the limits of resolution No. 59/XIII/2024 of the Council of the Municipalities of Rdzina of 17 December 2024 on the access to the pre -drawing of the Oblite Plan of the Rdziny Commune. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is specified in the clusterNR 10 to SWZ.
