Description:
As part of the implementation of the subject of the Claw, the Contractor will draw up and translate the ordering: 1. The draft of the Oblite Plan made in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) and the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technologyof December 8, 2023 on the draft of the Commune's Obstructure Plan, documenting planning works in the scope of this plan, and issuing discharge and outflows from it (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2758) and the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of May 2, 2023 on the method of determining the areacomplementing buildings in the Commune's Ogl Plan (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 729) 2.
