- 1) The subject of the order is to develop geodetic and cartographic documentation necessary to update the land and building records, aimed at determining the correct course of the border between plot number 5865/1 and plots number 1868, 1869 within the Staszów area and determining the correct coordinates of the disputed point number 1122 (currently number 9141). It was established that in survey number P.2612.1989.160 (concerning the establishment of a new land register in the Staszów area), the cadastral map showed the course of the border between plot number 5865/1 and plot number 1868 in a straight line, while on the measurement outline with the point numbers, the boundary between plot number 5865/1 and plot number 1868 is shown as an aman line. The point of contention is point number 1122 located on the three-between between plots no. 1868, 1869, 5865/1 (currently marked in the land and building register with no. 9141). Point number 1122 comes from a direct measurement on the ground without the participation of parties. In report number P.2612.2000.723 regarding the division of plot number 5865, the contractor will present plot number 1868 with plot number 5865/1 in a straight line on the division map of the borders, while...
