Description:
The subject of the contract is: Preparation of a habitat study for the Mirosławiec Forest District as of 01/01/2024. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 2 to this SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the study area up to 100 ha (plus), inas part of the remuneration due to the Contractor. The documents, including map compositions, which will be created as a result of the implementation of the subject of the order, will be the property of the State Treasury - the State Forests National Forest Holding. The detailed scope of works and the description of obligatory works results from: Actsy on forests of September 28, 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended); Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 12 November 2012 on the detailed conditions and procedure for drawing up a forest management plan, a simplified forest management plan and inventory of the forest condition (Journal of Laws
