Description:
1. The subject of the order is to carry out an inventory of the network and technological ducts, and to design technological ducts in the City of Suwałki in accordance with the description of the subject of the order together with an attached drawing showing the scope of work.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order".
3. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the subject of the order is performed by persons with appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions that will be entrusted to them.
4. Due to the fact that the documentation prepared by the Contractor will be was a description of the subject of the contract constituting an annex to the SWZ for the implementation of construction works under the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. The Contractor undertakes to prepare documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the Public Procurement Act.
5.Design documentation in terms of the description of the proposed materials and devices, it should be made in accordance with Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law.
