Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of a local development plan for the city of Police, in the area of the streets: Asfaltowa, Dbowa, Pisudskiego, Winiowa and Cisowa, covering an area of approx. 30.42 ha, in accordance with Resolution No. XVII/159/2025 in regarding the commencement of preparation of the local spatial development plan in the part concerning the town of Police, called Asfaltowa-Dbowa, together with the necessary opinions and arrangements, ecophysiographic study, environmental impact forecast and forecasts of financial consequences. 2. The above-mentioned resolution is available on the website: https://prawomiejscowe.pl/UrzadMiejskiwPolicach/document/1228471/Uchwala-XVII_159_2025. 3. Development of a plan in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003 on planning i spatial development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended).4.
