Description:
The subject of the plan is to draw up, with the existing of the existing registry of land, in accordance with the provisions in this respect, in the puppies of the acts of 17 May 1989, Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 115 of the agenda) and the regulation of the Minister of Development of 18 August 2020 on the technical standard of geodetic situational and high -cut measurements as well as developing and transferring the results of these measurements to the STUDE geodetic and cartographic resource (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1670 from the north amend records, containing a list of changes in registration data of real estate acquired for the treasury of the state with a notarial deed rep. A No. 8379/89 of April 4, 1989, Pookon in Lublin at al. Unii Lubelska, in the current Dziaki registration No. 48/3 (rev. 34, sheet 3). As part of the study It should be a designing division of real estate for the geodetic separation of the worship of the Dziaka occupied under the parking lot from the honor of the real estate taken to the marketplace.
