Description:
1. The subject of this procedure is the preparation of multi-discipline construction and executive documentation together with obtaining a building permit as part of the project "DiagMedFarm Center for Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Sosnowiec".2. The subject of the order is be carried out based on the requirements specified in the Documentation constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ containing a description of the subject of the order together with the following attachments: 1) DiagMedFarm architectural concept, 2) List of equipment and equipment, 3) List of rooms, 4) Guidelines for designers and contractors regarding low-voltage and telecommunications installations, 5) Guidelines for investments in video monitoring systems and access control at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice,6) List of documents and declarations in the field of DNSH,7) Guidelines for the contractor and designer in terms of compliance with DNSH principles,8) Catalog of requirements for the contractor - DiagMedFarm (DNSH),9) Accessibility requirements (NP) with an attachment,10) Protection standards trees,11) Natura 2000 Declaration with annex,12) Polish waters - information (decision), and on the terms and conditions specified in the contract template including the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ).3.
