Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining a valid permit to carry out construction works for the task titled: Construction of a multi-family residential building with the necessary infrastructure communication and technical facilities on plot no. 166/19, district 0004, at ul. Road workers in Kocierzyna. The scope of the task also includes the provision of author's supervision at the stage of investment implementation. 2. Purpose of preparing multi-disciplinary design documentation: Obtaining... on behalf of the Ordering Party, a final building permit decision in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Project documentation should be prepared in a way that allows the Ordering Party to properly award the contract for the implementation of works in accordance with the Procurement Law. public works, as well as, on its basis, the implementation of the full scope of construction works necessary for the use of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose.
