The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and investor cost estimates for thermal modernization of buildings under the Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy for the Urban Functional Area. Kocierzyny.Cz I Skorzewo, Pepliskiego 21 - CSIR building, sports hall (plot no. 1206, Skorzewo district) Scope of work: insulation of external walls of the building (gym), replacement of windows, replacement of roof windows, replacement of external doors, replacement of the outdated ventilation system with a modern one with heat recovery, replacing the lighting with energy-saving ones. Current heat source: fuel oil boiler. Replacement of the heat source: NO Primary energy savings level: 73.7%.
