- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the preparation of the local spatial development plan for Bogucin May Rabsztyn based on Resolution No. LXI/666/2024 of January 22, 2024. of the City Council in Olkusz regarding the commencement of preparation of the local development planspatial Bogucin May Rabsztyn. The scope of the order includes the preparation of a draft local spatial development plan for Bogucin May Rabsztyn with an area of approximately 719 ha, taking into account the requirements specified in the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development.other, as amended, and the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 17, 2023 on the required scope of the draft local development plan. As part of the order, accompanying studies required by law must be prepared, including: ecophysiografi, environmental impact forecasts, forecasts of the financial consequences of adopting the plan, a forestry application and, depending on needs, an agricultural application.
