Preparation of pre-project documentation, i.e. program functional and utility project regarding the expansion of the existing retention reservoir in the Bierdzany forestry, along with providing investor and environmental supervision over the preparation of design documentation and the implementation of the task. The subject of this article of the order is to prepare pre-design documentation, i.e. a functional and utility program for the expansion of the retention reservoir in the Bierdzany forestry, along with providing investor and environmental supervision over the preparation of the documentation design and on the implementation of the task” to be performed in the design and build mode. The subject of the order includes four implementation STAGES: STAGE 1 - preparation of pre-design documentation, i.e. PFU for the expansion of the tank retention in the Turawa Forest District in the Bierdzany Forest District, which is planned for implementation in the design and build formula in 2026-2027, STAGE 2 - supporting the Ordering Party in the process of selecting a contractor for design documentation and works construction, STAGE 3 - carrying out investor and environmental supervision over the preparation of design documentation based on the prepared PFU, STAGE 4 - providing investor and environmental supervision over the implementation of construction works based on for design documentation.
