- The subject of the order is the development of a preliminary assessment of flood risk from the sea with support, i.e.:
1) development of a document entitled "Review and update of the preliminary assessment of flood risk from the sea (including internal sea waters), hereinafter referred to as "WORPM", in the third planning cyclenym" Stage I;
2) support for the Ordering Party during the proceedings organized under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS), as well as in the process of giving opinions on the draft preliminary flood risk assessment, in the scope of WORPM Stage II.
Description of the subject of the orderis included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of financing the order in question from the FEnIKS program under the FENX.02.04 measure
ATTENTION!
In point 5.1.3. "Estimated validity period" The Ordering Party indicated the maximum deadline for the execution of the order, i.e. 48 months.
It should be: The Contractor is obliged to complete the order within the following deadlines:
Stage I - in accordance with the deadline specified in the Contractor's offer, but no longer than 150 days from the date of signing the contract,
Stage II - 48 months from the date of signing the contract.
Contractor within the evaluation criteria offers can be shortenedregarding the implementation deadline
in the scope of Stage I - preparation of a document entitled "Review and update of the preliminary assessment of flood risk from the sea (including internal sea waters) in the third planning cycle."
