1. The subject of the contract is the development of a preliminary project for the "construction of a tram route inul. Modlińska from the Żerań FSO loop to connect to the tram route to Tarchomin ", obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project and technical support.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) Basic scope - preparation of the preliminary project: a) Preparation of materialsoutput for design: (A1) obtaining basic maps for the needs of the preparation of a preliminary project; (A2) terrain inventory (inventory of the area together with the development of three -dimensional models of selected collision places with underground infrastructure); b) performing program and spatial analyzesTram route: (B1) Preparation for two variants of a multi -branch preliminary project based on the existing variant 1Z, including additional comments of network gestures, road managers and local government units along with the analysis of plots and estimating the cost of implementation; (b2) acquisitionpositions of units of the Capital City of Warsaw and network managers and the preparation of the final variant taking into account the opinions of the gestors;
2) scope under the right of options: a) Preparation of materials and obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment for the selected variant;
b) supportat the tender stage for the implementation of project documentation.
