Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract 1 for the preparation of project documentation for facilities supporting the airport (SI).
The subject of the contract includes:
1) execution by the contractor for design works for facilities indicated in OPZ-UR1:
a) Development of the contractor's documentation, including project documentation and
b) acquiring the necessary project consents on behalf of the Employer, including administrative decisions and public utilities decisions,
2) performing by the Contractor author's supervision, developing a coordinated project, developing a detailed project, developing tender documentation - under the Option Law and
3) providing the contractor with other services, including advisory services, described in Annex 1 to SWZ-UR1.
2. On the basis of a framework agreement 1 concluded after the proceedings, the Employer may conclude with the contractors a contracting agreement ....
