implementation and work schedule, obtaining a decision to change the building permit and constructing the buildings of the Tourist Service Center, the Sales Tickets and underground tunnels in the Wieliczka Salt Mine in Wieliczka, together with the development of the investment area and infrastructure, as well as obtaining an occupancy permit, hereinafter referred to as "construction works", in accordance with the Contractor's offer submitted as part of the tender procedure.
