Description:
1) The subject of the order is the preparation, distribution and delivery of hot meals to MOPR customers in 2023, in accordance with the Detailed information on the implementation of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix 1a to the ToR.
2) The order was divided into two parts, constituting separate orders
PART I: preparation and serving of a meal (two-course dinner) in catering establishments designated in the City of Poznań on the basis of a document (PEKA card), planned annual number of meals - 65,032.
A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract specifywas included in the contract template for part I, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
PART II: preparation and delivery of a meal (two-course dinner) to the place of residence, planned annual number of meals - 171,271
A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specifiedin the model contract for part II, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
