Preparation of surveying documentation for the division of real estate owned by the State Treasury in perpetual usufruct of Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A., constituting plot no. 354/23 with an area of for which the District Court in Bielsk Podlaskie, 9th Regional Land and Mortgage Register Office, seated in Hajnowka, maintains the land and mortgage register no. BI2P/00023032/9. railway lines run through (Journal of Laws of Mining Inf., item 38, as amended) has not been recognized as a closed, reserved area for reasons of state defense and security, it is located on the railway line No. 52 Lewki - Nieznany Bor at kilometers 45.870 - 46.600. The division of plot No. 354/23 is intended to separate part of the land for the restoration of railway lines no. 52 and 451 on the section LK Nieznany Bor - Białowieża Pałac (design plot no. 354/23-A ~ 6.5478 ha) and one plot remaining in its current use (design plot no. 354/23-B ~ 1.12 ha) - as a result of the division, two new plots will be created.
