The subject of the order is the preparation of geodetic documentation for division of real estate constituting the registered plot no. 68/3 with an area of 4.3461 ha, which is located within O-14, Ozorkow M. commune and plot no. 85/2 with an area of 7.6931 ha, rev. 3 Cedrowice, Ozorkow commune, poviat Zgierz, voivodeship Łodź Province, for which the District Court in Zgierz keeps land and mortgage register KW no LD1G/00070578/1 (for plot no. 68/3) and KW no. LD1G/00103520/1 (for plot no. 85/2). The plots in question, in accordance with Decision No. 14 of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 18, 2020 on the determination of closed areas through which railway lines run (Journal of Laws of the Ministry of Inf., item 38, as amended), have been qualified to closed areas, reserved for reasons of national defense and security; are located on the railway line No. 16 Łodź Widzew-Kutno at kilometers 36.384-39.450. The plots have a regulated legal status and are located in closed areas.
