- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the performance of four technical expertise for selected places that are to function as Emergency Shelter Sites (MDS) in the Gniezno County, the list of which is set out in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.2. Expert opinions on places of shelter are intended to assess the condition and suitability of facilities that can be used as shelter in emergency situations. When performing the service, the Contractor must take into account the provisions of: a) the Act of December 5, 2024 on Civil Protection and Civil Defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907), b) the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of February 21, 2025 on the criteria for recognizing building structures or their parts as protective structures (Journal of Laws, item 235), c) regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of April 14, 2025 on the Central Register of Civil Protection and Civil Defense Resources (Journal of Laws, item 493), d) regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of July 9 2025 on the conditions for organizing and requirements to be met by places of emergency shelter (Journal of Laws, item 932), e) Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of July 1, 2025 on the method of preparing a collective protection facility for use, detailed conditions exp...
