Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a technical design and the delivery of a new stacker for the fine coal storage yard at LW Bogdanka S.A. taking into account the continuity of operation of the plant and the fines storage yard (Execution of the expansion, final development and equipment of the storage yard for storing commercial coal at Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. is carried out on the basis of procedure No. 2596/HZP/MMA/2025) and other projects resulting from under the Agreement, as well as the delivery of the stacker, assembly and commissioning of the stacker, as well as non-warranty service services provided under a separate agreement (provided to the extent not covered by warranty liability).
