1 The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation of the reconstruction of the intersectionPostal rarańcza with the access pavement to the Weimar chamber
and the region of the stair descent to the pavement of Drozdowice item Iin, hereinafter referred to as "project documentation" and exercising author's supervision during the implementation of works provided for in project documentation.
2 as part of the implementation of the subjectOrders, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop a technical design of the reconstruction of the Rarańcza cross intersection with the access pavement to the Weimar chamber and the region of the stair descent to the pavement of Drozdowice item Iin in the scope, hereinafter referred to as the "technical project", in the field of:
a)Necessary Protection of the rock mass,
b) dismantling of the existing deformed and partially damaged wooden housing,
c) strengthening the ceiling and ovios with elements of the new support housing.
2) agree on the technical design with the Service of the Ordering Party and with the conservator of Krakow monumentsSalt soups (hereinafter referred to as KZKŻS), and then obtaining the approval of the agreed technical design by the mining plant manager of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine (hereinafter referred to as KrzG),
3) obtaining the KZKŻS permit to perform works covered by the technical project - KZKŻS works in accordance withan agreement of June 21, 2017 on entrusting some cases in the field of the property of the Małopolska Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Krakow (Journal of Laws of the Voivodeshipdn... - Documents:
