The subject of the order includes the preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all opinions, permits, notifications, resolutions, permits and administrative decisions, studies and designs enabling the implementation of the investment task titled: "Development of technical documentation for reconstruction bridge on the Mleczka River in the town of Czstkowice along the district road No. 1619R Zarzecze-Penatycze-Bystrowice at km 5+266 "3. The documentation will serve as a description of the subject of the order in the tender for construction works based on the Public Procurement Law. The contractor will describe the technology in the Design Documentation works and materials, devices and other products in a way that ensures fair competition and equal treatment of participants in the tender procedure for the execution of works in accordance with the documentation in question, in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Law, including its Art. 99.
