- Part I, preparation of technical construction and construction expertise, together with an analysis of the possibilities of adapting existing protective structures to the requirements of protective structures of resistance categories U1 - U3 for 11 facilities.1) The subject of the order is the development of technical expertise for the indicated facilities, located in the City of Stargard.2) The aim of the study is to assess the technical condition and suitability of facilities to serve as collective protection buildings in the municipal network of protective buildings, in accordance with the Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defense and implementing regulations regarding criteria, technical conditions, use and location of protective structures.3) Expert opinions should include:1. structural analysis of the facility, 2. assessment of the safety and resistance of the structure, ensuring the fulfillment of the condition of maintaining the ultimate limit state in all structural elements in the event of exceptional impact provided for in the regulations for a given type and category of protective structure,3. assessment of the possibility of adapting the facility to a protective function,4. assessment of the communication and evacuation system, including: a) the number, location and availability of emergency exits, b) moliwo...
