Description:
Task No. 1 Preparation of the 1st appraisal report. Determining the amount of compensation in accordance with Art. 128 section 4 of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145, as amended), due to the decrease in the value of real estate located within Duga Kocielna, Halinw commune, marked in the land register as plot No. 208 (formerly 200) with an area of 0.7000 ha, caused by the permission of the Head of the Halinw Commune No. 8071/21/146/80 of December 22, 1980 granted to Zakład Energetyczny Warszawa Miasto for temporary entry to the property in order to build a power line 400 kV Miosna Mociska, in accordance with the recommendations resulting from the decision of the Masovian Voivodeship No. 781/S/2024 of April 9, 2024 and previous decisions issued in this case (case no. GN.6821.3.5.2013).
