Preparation for Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o. o. of a water law report together with the annexes required by law and obtaining - on its basis - a water law permit for specific use of water in the scope of introducing industrial sewage containing substances particularly harmful to the water environment to the sewage facilities of a third party, from emptying septic tanks in the rolling stock on the premises of PUT Leszno.
I. Subject matter of the proceedings and conditions. The subject of the order is the preparation of a water law report for Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o. o. together with the required legal provisions and annexes and obtaining - on its basis - a water permit for specific use of water in the scope of introducing industrial sewage containing substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment into the sewage facilities of a third party, from emptying septic tanks in rolling stock at the Rolling Stock Maintenance Point in Leszno. Detailed conditions are specified in the Annex - Description of the Subject of the Order and the Annex - Contract template, available in the tab called "Appendices". Order completion date: until April 30, 2026. Assessment criteria: 100% gross price II. Course of the procedure: The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) Stage I - submission of offers, b) Stage II - electronic bidding - the bidding will start automatically after the end of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and extra time - sub-stage of the second stage, which the conditions are described in detail in the procedure settings on the Purchasing Platform. Each overtime period lasts 3 minutes - it is triggered if another offer (increment) is submitted correctly in the last 3 minutes of the procedure. Contractors who do not submit correctly at the stage of submitting offers (Stage 1) Offers will be automatically excluded from further stages of the procedure.
