- 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of ZRID design documentation for the construction of a section of district road No. 1836C along with the construction of an intersection with provincial road No. 560 in the town of Osiek, together with obtaining a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment of the ZRID Decision based on the Act on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads of April 10, 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311, as amended). The subject of the order includes, among others: 1) preparation of comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a district road and obtaining the necessary decisions administrative procedures, including ZRID decisions, for the implementation of the above-mentioned task, in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the contract, along with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements, and activities necessary to complete this documentation and prepare tasks to commence construction works;2) The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ titled A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the contract, the template of which is Annex No. 8 to hereby...
