Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a service consisting in preparing and conducting general development sports activities for children and adolescents aged 2-17, staying at the Neurological and Rehabilitation Department in Zagrz.2. Participants will be divided into: three groups of 10-15 people, taking into account age and fitness level. Classes for one group of participants last 60 minutes, classes are conducted on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (usually Sundays: December 29, 2024, April 20, 2025, December 28, 2025)3. The classes are conducted by two trainers.4. The classes are based on games and physical games during which elements of sports disciplines are used: football, volleyball, basketball, handball, track and field and gymnastics.5. The classes will be carried out using equipment and devices owned by the Contractor in the gymnasium at the Ordering Party's premises, which will be made available free of charge to the Ordering Party for the purposes of carrying out the work.6.
