Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services of preparation and delivery to the indicated place of lunches for eligible clients of the Support and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Persons in Warsaw at ul. Rozogi 10 (OWiRON) operating within the structure of the Social Welfare Center of the Bemowo District of the capital city of Warsaw.2. the total number of dinners will amount to 4,873 pieces.3. The number of people enjoying lunches in individual months may change, and consequently, the number of dinners served in individual months may change.4. The ordering party has the right to limit the number of ordered hot meals referred to in paragraph 3, and the Ordering Party intends to purchase no less than 3,800 meals. The final total remuneration for lunches served throughout the entire contract period will result from the actual number of lunches served. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for non-performance the full number of the subject of the order.5. The scope of the order includes daily preparation and delivery of lunches, in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 inclusive, to the OWiRON headquarters 5 days a week, from Monday...
