Description:
1) Preparing and delivering lunches for children from primary schools managed by the Wyszkow Commune and for individuals. 2) A full lunch consists of soup, main course, salad and fruit (hereinafter referred to as lunch). 3) Lunches will be prepared and delivered to schools in working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday during school hours, excluding days off from school classes and breaks in the operation of school facilities due to the occurrence of force majeure, i.e. a random external event beyond the control of the parties, which could not have been foreseen at the time of concluding the contract and which could not be prevented despite due diligence (epidemic threat, epidemic, war, natural disaster, flood, fire, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, etc.). 4) Dinners must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of culinary and sanitary art for public catering.
