Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) A service including the preparation of meals adapted to the clients of the Pod Urawiem All-Day Seniors Club in Kpno, residents of the city and commune of Kpno, and their delivery to the club's headquarters. 2) By the meals referred to in section 1, should be understood as lunch-type meals containing the following liters and weight: a) First course: - 350 milliliters of nutritious soup cooked with meat or vegetable stockb) Second course: - 120 grams of meat, fish (weight after processing) - 120 grams of egg - 200 grams of potatoes, boiled groats, rice or pasta - 150 grams salads, vegetables or vegetables cooked - 270 grams of pancakes or potato pancakesc) Drink: - 250 milliliters3) Meals adapted to clients of the Pod Urawiem All-Time Senior Club in Kpno should be understood as meals suitable for the elderly and sick, containing the right taste, smell, color, consistency and composition in terms of the content of nutrients, minerals, vitamins and calories, without excessive amounts of pepper and salt.4) Meals will be prepared five days a week, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.5) Order...
