Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of hot meals to school and preschool children attending the Primary School. Stefan Kardyn Wyszyski in Korycin and the Kindergarten named after Jana Pawa II in Korycin, including persons entitled to receive them on the basis of the decision issued by the Head of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Korycin in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283, as amended), Resolution No. 149 of the Council of Ministers of August 23, 2023 on the establishment of the multi-annual government program Posiek w at school and at home for the years 2024-2028 (M.P. of 2023, item 881, as amended). 2. The number of meals served in one day is estimated at approximately 124 full lunches in primary school and approximately 100 half lunches (60 sets in kindergarten, 40 sets in kindergarten at the Primary School). The Ordering Party reserves the right possibility of changing the number of meals ordered depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
