- Task 1: Preparation and delivery of daily meals for pre-school children 1. The contractor will be obliged to prepare daily pre-school meals including: 1) breakfast: dairy dishes, sandwiches based on mixed bread with various additions: cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, spreads, butter, jams, mid etc.; lemon tea, milk drinks, grain coffee, 2) Lunch: soup prepared with vegetable or meat-vegetable broth; the second course should be a meat meal (pork and beef, pork) or fish with various salads or boiled vegetables and a drink or compote. For meat or fish it belongs serve potatoes, groats, rice or dumplings. Dinner with a second meat or fish course and salad should be provided at least 4 times a week. Meatless dishes (once a week) should include pancakes, potato pancakes, dumplings, dumplings, dumplings, etc., compote of seasonal fruit or water. The menu should be varied, the type of dish cannot be repeated in the same week.
