Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive service of preparing and delivering meals (breakfast, two-day lunch and afternoon snack) for 80 children aged 3-6 to the Lene Duszki Public Kindergarten in Zakrzewo in 2026.1a. Order fulfillment at unit amounts for a given meal, in accordance with the offer submitted to the Contractor, up to the amount the Ordering Party has available to complete the order. The value of the offer calculated by the Contractor based on the estimated number of meals will be used to compare the offers.2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. Dividing the order into parts would lead to excessive difficulties technical or excessive costs of performing the order or the need to coordinate the activities of different contractors implementing individual parts of the order could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order.3. The Ordering Party plans that during the term of the contract (from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 02/01/2026 to 31/12/2026,) should be delivered (estimated values): 80 breakfasts, 80 two-course lunches, 80 afternoon snacks for a period of 11 months in 2026. total estimated number of meals 17,600 pcs.
