Description:
The subject of the order is the 24-hour provision of services related to the preparation, transport and delivery of meals for pupils of the "Piaskowy Dom", "Morski Dom", "Wichrowy Dom" Care and Educational Facilities in Gdańsk, including holidays, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, in accordance with the conditions contained in the announcement, according to average daily food requirement. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that it does not reserve key tasks to be performed by its own resources, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the order subcontractors. If the Contractor intends to perform the subject of the order with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer the part of the order (material scopes) whose performance he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such indication should be included in the offer.
