Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of preparing and delivering hot meals (catering service) - lunches for the residents of the Social Welfare Center in Sandomierz and participants of the Day Care Homes at ul. Baczyskiego 2b and ul. Kosey 3 in 2026.2. Estimated daily amount of meals provided it's about 55 pieces, packed in disposable packaging.3. The estimated number of meals planned to be delivered during the term of the contract is 13,200 4. The amounts given above are estimates and do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party towards the Contractor. The ordering party allows for quantitative changes in the ordered meals within the scope of +/- 20% during the order execution period5. The contractor will deliver meals using his own transport and at his own expense.6. Meals should be delivered in disposable packaging and containers for which the Contractor has appropriate approvals and certificates.7. Meals should be transported by car adapted to transport food, for which the Contractor has appropriate documents confirming the adaptation of the vehicle.8.
