Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the preparation of meals and their delivery to the Social Welfare Home No. Walczaka 42 and ul. Walczaka 27,, 2. The services will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations, in particularcompliance with:, 1) the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448) and the implementing regulations issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act, , , , , , 2) regulation ( EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 regardingfresh food hygiene (Journal of Laws EU L No. 139, item 1), 3) with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) standards, 4) the HACCP system (Food Health Safety Management System). 3. The scope of services includes the preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat mealslife in the form of breakfast, two-course lunches, afternoon tea and dinner according to the menu. 4. During the term of the contract, the daily number of meals to be prepared and delivered to an estimated 90 residents is expected, including: - for an estimated 22 residents of the House at ul.
