- The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of 60 hot two-course meals a day (except for public holidays) for persons entitled on the basis of an administrative decision of the Director of the OPS in Kocian in 2026. The number of hot meals specified by the Ordering Party during the implementation period the order value is a forecast value and may change (increase) depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The order will be implemented according to the following rules - the meals will be prepared by the Contractor in facilities or facilities entered in the register of establishments subject to official control of the authorities State Sanitary Inspection; - serving prepared meals for consumption at the Contractor's facility or in a "takeaway" form, in disposable dishes, the delivery of which is the responsibility of the Contractor. - meals will be served at the Contractor's facility (regardless of the legal title to the facility) located within the city limits of Kocian. The number of meals prepared and served may be reduced depending on the circumstances (depending on the number of people covered by this form of assistance).
